Wizz Air undertakes not to enforce the provisions of clauses 17.2.2, 17.2.5, and 18.2.9 contained in the document “Wizz Air Hungary Ltd. General Conditions of Carriage of Passengers and Baggage” against or in relation to consumers. However, if any of these provisions grant consumers any rights, they shall remain entitled to exercise those rights against Wizz Air.
