Cancelling your booking is quick and easy, taking less than two minutes. Many car parks allow cancellation with just 24 hours' notice!
To cancel, log into My Account by clicking “Manage Booking” here or in the site’s main navigation. You’ll be prompted to create a password for security or log in with your existing one.
Once logged in, go to “Manage Bookings” to view your booking history. Find the booking you want to cancel, click the “Cancel Booking” button, accept the Terms & Conditions, and confirm.
Access your booking anytime by clicking this link or selecting "My Account" in the site navigation.
You'll be prompted to create a password for security or log in with your existing one. Afterward, use the email address you provided during booking to log in.
Once logged in, click on the “Manage Bookings” icon or link to view your complete booking history.
From there, select the booking you’re interested in to view its details.
You usually receive your booking voucher within 5 minutes. However, in some cases, the voucher is sent directly from the car park operator, which may take a bit longer. Always check your junk or spam mail folders, as the voucher may occasionally end up there.
Here’s how to find the information you need:
Enter your desired location in the search bar and click on the "More Information" tab for details.
On the homepage, click on the "Car Parks" menu tab (top left, next to the ParkVia logo).
Select a category like "Airport Parking."
Scroll down to find the specific location you need parking for.
Locations are organised by country for your convenience. Once you select the location, a list of car parks will appear, providing all the details you need.
No need to panic!
When you booked your car park, you might have entered your flight details so that the car park operator can track your arrival and departure times.
If your delay results in extra days, simply log into My Account to update the details. Additional charges may apply and will be charged either on the booking or locally at your car park.
If you cannot amend the booking, contact the operator directly using the phone number provided on your booking voucher.
