Value Voucher conditions:
If you have a Value Voucher, it is also possible to use it for booking your ticket. If the value of the charged amount for a given booking exceeds the value of the Value Voucher, the payment of the outstanding amount should be made by bank card or WIZZ credits. Value Vouchers can be redeemed on wizzair.com. Value Vouchers can be used on any scheduled flight operated by a Wizz Air entity including Wizz Air Hungary Ltd, Wizz Air UK Ltd, Wizz Air Malta Ltd or any other entity that operates the flight under the Wizz Air brand.
Travel must be finished by the specified voucher validity/expiration date, after which the voucher becomes void. A voucher can only be used on one booking occasion, and its value must be lower than the total basket value.
The value of unused Value Vouchers and unused tickets are not refundable. The validity of the Value Vouchers cannot be extended.
Value Vouchers are valid towards the cost of Wizz Air flights (including taxes, fees and charges) and additional services available for purchase together with flights and which are present in the booking process (such as: infant fee, priority boarding, extra legroom, baggage fees). Value Vouchers are not valid towards the cost of car rental service.
They cannot be used to purchase services outside of the booking process provided by third-party providers (including but not limited to car rentals, airport parking, hotels, etc.).
If the value of the Value Voucher does not cover the full value of the flight, an additional payment must be made by bank card or with WIZZ Credits. Value Vouchers are not valid with bank transfer payments.
It is possible to use the Value Voucher for bookings in a currency that is different from the one specified on the Value Voucher. Price of the selected services and/or ticket(s) will be converted to the currency chosen for payment via the booking process at the exchange rate used by Wizz Air at the time of the booking.
Only one Value Voucher can be used per booking. Value Vouchers cannot be used for adding services to a reservation after the booking has been completed or for flight or name changes. Value Vouchers cannot be redeemed together with Gift Vouchers.
The use of tickets and the carriage by air performed by Wizz Air are subject to Wizz Air’s General Conditions of Carriage.
We expressly forbid Value Vouchers being offered for commercial purposes by you or a third party, especially on internet auctions or other web-based platforms.
