WIZZ MultiPass is a 12-months subscription plan which allows the subscribers to travel each month on the eligible Wizz Air flights by paying a First-month fee followed by a monthly recurring fixed fee including all taxes and fees. For each new Subscription Period, the First-Month Fee will be applied again.

WIZZ MultiPass gives you the opportunity to lock your price for ticket and baggage for the whole 12-month period regardless seasonality and/or last-minute booking period.

Once in a month you can choose from a great variety of flights on the eligible routes by paying a fixed fare for the ticket and baggage.

Nonetheless of the above, there are certain dates and periods when it is not allowed for subscribers to book flights with WIZZ MultiPass. Such dates and periods are laid down in the General terms and conditions here.

Visit WIZZ MultiPass site and pick the plan that best suits you. Go to subscribe now, pick the most suitable subscription plan, select a one-way or roundtrip flights, select your preferred luggage and register. If you already have a WIZZ account, sign in with your credentials. After registration, complete your payment and you are set for this month's WIZZ MultiPass flight.

With MultiPass, subjected to availability, you can fly to all destinations in the Wizz Air network from and to your selected country, acoording to your chosen plan. 
If your selected plan is Italy domestic, you can fly, subjected to availability, to all domestic flights within Italy.
It is not possible to be subscribed to multiple plans with the same email address at the same time.
The international plan covers all flights from and to Italy, excluding domestic flights. The domestic plan covers the domestic flights within Italy, excluding international. Please note that it is not possible to be subscribed to multiple plans with the same email address at the same time.

Yes, all the reservation booked with your WIZZ MultiPass will include the chosen luggage.

Yes you can. First go to wizzair.com and log in then select “Check-in & bookings” select your upcoming trip. If you cannot find it go to “Find booking” and add the reservation code and the last name on the reservation. On the “Manage my booking” site feel free to add any additional service or product you need and proceed to the payment site.

After registration, choose the best starting plan for your WIZZ MultiPass from the following three options:

a. 1st of the given month - After a successful payment, receive your token(s), book right away and fly just 5 days later. The credit card will be charged on the 1st of next month.

b. Don’t want to miss? - Subscribe now and start the plan from the 1st of the next month. After a successful payment, receive your token(s) and book right away and fly up fly just 5 days later. The credit card will be charged on the 1st of next month.

c. Know the date and need a flight on the best price? – Sign up for the rest of the month. After a successful payment, receive your token(s) and book right away and fly just 5 days later. The credit card will be charged on the 1st of next month.

Please note, the next month’s subscription plan will always start from the 1st of the given month.

Go to WIZZ MultiPass site and log in. Go to “My account” page and select the details, use your token on your next flight and get your reservation code. You are now ready to fly!

Unfortunately only direct one-way or return flights can be booked.

When you have a roundtrip subscription plan, only one origin and destination can be selected. If you book one flight as a single trip, the unused flight will be lost and cannot be redeemed.

Unfortunately, booked MultiPass flights cannot be modified. In case change is needed a new ticket has to be purchased on wizzair.com

Yes, the existing plan can be upgraded with available add-ons as per following:

I. Ticket + 2 cabin bags and Priority

II. Ticket + 20kg checked-in bag

III. Ticket + 2 cabin bags and Priority + 20kg checked-in bag

Please note, the added products cannot be removed from the plan once subscribed.

If you wish to change your flight, you will be able to change it under 'Manage my booking' site. 
If you wish to get a refund, please contact our Call Center. Please visit our Contact us page, go under 'Existing bookings' and select the appropriate number.

In case of a problem with the rebooking process or refund, please visit our "Contact us" page, go under “Existing bookings” and select the appropriate number.

No, the unused flight tokens cannot be reimbursed or moved to the next month.

However, you can request additional tokens if you have not been able to book flights due to the maximum number of WIZZ MultiPass holders on the given flights, for at least 3 times in a month. For more information see the General terms and conditions here.

The subscription cannot be transferred to any other passenger.

The registered credit card will be automatically charged on a monthly basis based on your start date.

No. The agreed price will be charged upon enrollment for the 12-month on a monthly basis.

The monthly fee is including all taxes and fees, no additional cost will occur.

Go to WIZZ MultiPass site and after logging in, go to “My Account” and under “Payment” select "edit" and enter a different credit card.

There will be a payment retry every 24 hours on the first 4 days of the month. If the payment is unsuccessful, Wizz Air asks you to select a different payment method. Until your payment, you are not eligible to use the token(s). The suspension does not mean that you are not obliged to pay the subscription fee in the next month. If your payment fails in any month, Wizz Air reserves the right to terminate your subscription automatically.

In case of overdue payment, the subscriber account remains in overdue status until the outstanding invoices are settled for the missed months.

a. If the customer wishes to unsubscribe within a 14-calendar day withdrawal period, having not utilized their token(s), Wizz Air will reimburse the full amounts.

b. The consumers cannot withdraw from the subscription plan and receive a refund if they have already used their token(s) during the 14-calendar day withdrawal period.

Unfortunately, as a general rule, your subscription plan cannot be terminated before the end of the 12-month ter. WIZZ MultiPass is automatically renewed every year. You may withdraw from WIZZ MultiPass within 14 calendar days from the date of registration without justification. The right of withdrawal is to be exercised by way of sending your withdrawal declaration to Wizz Air via our compliments-and-complaints site.

WIZZ MultiPass is automatically renewed every year, ie at the expiry of your 12 months Subscription Period. However, you may cancel a renewal of your subscription to WIZZ MultiPass during a given Subscription Period by way of sending your cancellation declaration to Wizz Air via our compliments-and-complaints site. In this case, your subscription to WIZZ MultiPass will be cancelled after the end of the mandatory Subscription Period and your subscription to WIZZ MultiPass will not automatically renew for the next Subscription Period.

Yes, You will receive an email reminder 14-days before your mandatory period ends. You may also withdraw from WIZZ MultiPass within 14 calendar days from the date of registration without justification. The right of withdrawal is to be exercised by way of sending your withdrawal declaration to Wizz Air via our compliments-and-complaints site. The First-Month Fee is a slightly higher payment for your first month of membership. After that, you’ll pay a fixed monthly fee for the remaining 11 months. These payments will be automatically charged to your card until the end of the annual membership or cancellation, according to the plan you chose as your preference. For each new Subscription Period, the First-Month Fee will be applied again.
