Account modifications
It is possible to delete, merge or make modifications to your WIZZ Account.
All WIZZ Account details, except for the e-mail address and WIZZ Account Number, can be edited manually at any point after account creation at wizzair.com or in WIZZ mobile app.
- To change name, date of birth, contact details, travel documents (ID/passport), and billing address, please log in to your WIZZ Account and change it in Your Profile tab.
- To change e-mail address of your WIZZ Account, you should contact our Live Chat or Call Centre Services.
If you have multiple WIZZ Accounts and you would like to merge them into one, please contact us.
If you wish to delete your WIZZ Account permanently and you use WIZZ Mobile app on iOS or Android, you can delete your account in the Edit your profile menu. Alternatively, you can delete your account by logging in and clicking on "Delete Account" under this link at the bottom of the page: Compliments and complaints.
