WIZZ Credits

WIZZ Credits can be used to pay for future bookings and services provided by Wizz Air. You can find your WIZZ Account balance in your profile once you are logged in.

WIZZ Credits can be used to pay the tickets in full or partially during the new booking creation or when purchasing additional services. If you wish to pay for your tickets with WIZZ credits, please make sure that you are the first passenger in the booking.

Please remember that you should use WIZZ Credits before their expiry date. It can be found next to the WIZZ Account balance.

Depending on the nature of your WIIZZ Credits, you may or may not request their conversion to cash and be transferred via the original payment method.

1. Credits obtained due to flight cancellation or disruption
   

   In case you do not wish to keep the WIZZ Credits you received for a flight change or a cancellation by Wizz Air, you can request a refund of the full ticket fare, either via bank transfer or to the bank card used for the original payment.

   If your reservation was fully paid with WIZZ Credits or voucher, or if you have previously spent any amount of your credit refund, you are not eligible for credit conversion.

   Please submit a credit conversion request only if the credits were uploaded due to flight changes or cancellations by Wizz Air.

2. Credits obtained due to voluntary cancellation or with WIZZ Flex
   
   If you have voluntarily cancelled the flight and chose to be paid in WIZZ Credits, the credit to cash conversion is not possible.
   
   
3. Credits obtained due to promotion, running event or other activities
   
   If the credits have been added to your account as a part of promo campaign, the credit to cash conversion is not possible.
