- Use wizzair.com on a computer or a laptop, or WIZZ Mobile App
- Use Google Chrome as a browser
- Before opening the website, delete the search history and the cookies
- Try to use incognito mode
If none of the above helps, it is possible that you have several accounts registered under the same e-mail address that block each other’s access. Please contact our Live Chat or Call Centre Services, and our colleagues will merge multiple accounts into one.
It is possible that you booked your flights using a different profile. Please check your other accounts or contact us via the Live Chat.
