Lost items onboard

If you have lost something and you are still onboard, please ask our crew for help. They will do their best to assist you.

If upon arrival to the airport you discovered that you left something on board, please contact the Lost & Found offices at both the departure and arrival stations. Their contact details are usually available in the airport website.
