It is possible to change passenger details or passenger type (adult, child) if you have made a mistake during booking process or if you wish to change the passengers after the reservation.

Adding new passengers to an already existing booking is limited depending on the type of the passenger you would like to add.

It is not possible to add other adult passengers to an already existing booking.

If you wish to travel with another person, we advise you to simply create a new booking.

If you wish to seat next to another passenger, each of you can book a preferred seat.

If you wish to add a child to an already existing booking, please contact our Call Centre service to add the passenger to your booking. The child will be automatically seated next to the adult and will be able to perform the check-in in usual check-in times.

Please note that Call Centre Transaction Fee will not be charged in this case.

If you wish to add an infant to an already existing booking:

  • If the infant will be travelling on parent’s lap or in a car seat, please contact our Call Centre Services to have an infant added to your booking for an extra fee.

In these cases, the Call Centre Transaction Fee will not be charged.

Please make sure to reach out to the Live Chat or Call centre agents, otherwise the child will not be able to check-in and will be seated not next to the accompanying adult.
