How to make a bank transfer
Follow these step-by-step instructions to complete a bank transfer payment!
- Select the currency you wish to pay in and find the same currency bank account number in the list below:
- Go to your bank’s site and launch a bank transfer.
- Enter the bank account number and the bank’s name, which you have chosen from the list.
- Type the confirmation code (6 characters you received in email) in the first comment field.
- If further comment fields are available, please indicate the full name of the first passenger. If only one comment field is available, only enter the confirmation code.
- Enter the amount as indicated in the email you received from us and finalise the transfer.
Missing the deadline
Payment must be made within 24 hours after the booking is completed. Your booking confirmation should be received within 5 days after booking. If you haven't received the confirmation of your booking within 5 days after the booking, please contact our Live Chat or Call Centre services as soon as possible. Please note that if we do not receive your bank transfer within 7 days, your booking will be cancelled.
Confirmation code error
Making a mistake when typing the confirmation code into the comments field makes it impossible to identify the reservation. If the confirmation code doesn’t match the code sent in the instruction email, the reservation will be cancelled. Payments which cannot be identified will be transferred back after deducting administrative costs.
Multiple bookings paid with one transfer
Multiple bookings (with different confirmation codes) need to be settled with separate bank transfers. If only one bank transfer covers several bookings, we will not be able to reconcile the payments and the reservations will be cancelled.
Insufficient amount transferred
The amount of the bank transfer needs to cover the full amount of the reservation. In case the payment doesn’t cover the full amount of the reservation, it will be cancelled.
Bank transfers to Ukraine can only be initiated from Ukrainian bank accounts. For bank transfers from non-Ukrainian bank accounts, the amount will be returned to the sender’s bank account and the booking will not be confirmed. If you do not hold a Ukrainian bank account, you can only pay for flights departing from Ukraine by card.
Only non-resident Serbian dinar (RSD) bank transfers can be initiated from Serbia.
